I wont claim to be an expert here:
“SrImEru chAmEndruDe nRpa chUDAmaNi chandruDe
sakhi neDaina rADAyane” “శ్రీమేరు చామేంద్రుడె నృప చూడామణి చంద్రుడె
సఖి నెడైన రాడాయనె”
1) first 5 words seem to describe a person who the author may be dedicating to. (“Sri mEru chAmendruDe” is definitely author’s stamp (mudra). “nRpa chUDAmaNi” literally meaning “king” and “a head ornament” – most likely praising the king!
2) last 3 words could have been “sakhi nEDaina rADAyane” – addressing her sakhi (friend) that “he isnt coming today either”. Original text had a short vowel sound “neDaina” – would correct it soon!
